As part of celebrating the continued growth of the business and the success of our teams, Hearn & Hearn Consulting is pleased to announce a series of promotions and title advancements across the organisation, effective April 2026.
These appointments reflect the strength of our people, their contribution to project delivery, and their role in supporting our clients across a diverse portfolio of developments.
Daryl Calapre — Associate Director
Daryl has been promoted to Associate Director in recognition of his leadership in commercial management and his continued contribution to delivering cost certainty and commercial oversight across complex projects.
In this role, he will further strengthen our commercial advisory capabilities, supporting clients in managing cost, risk, and contractual performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Fiel Estacio — Operations Manager
Fiel has been promoted to Operations Manager, reflecting her integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
She will continue to oversee internal coordination, resource management, and operational processes, ensuring that teams are supported effectively in delivering projects to a high standard.
Sarah Silvero — Executive Assistant
Sarah has been promoted to Executive Assistant in recognition of her support to leadership and her contribution to maintaining efficient administrative and organisational functions across the business.
Her role remains key in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and support at the executive level.
Elmer Ong — MEPF Technical Manager
Elmer has been promoted to MEPF Technical Manager, strengthening the firm’s technical capabilities in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
He will continue to support technical reviews, coordination, and system performance oversight across projects, contributing to improved design integration and operational readiness.
Georgia Sugay — Commercial Consultant
Georgia has been promoted to Commercial Consultant, recognising her growing role in supporting cost management and commercial advisory services.
She will continue to contribute to project cost planning, procurement support, and commercial reporting across a range of developments.
