In case you are wondering what you will be doing, here's a preview to pique your curiosity.

• You will be working closely with our founders and Directors to build budgets, forecast the cash flow and brainstorming ideas to keep our company healthy by making smart financial decisions.
• You will be our go-to-person for anything and everything finance and accounting. You should be ready with your monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• You will be in charge of ensuring our compliance to regulatory requirements (BIR, LGU Business Permit, SEC Requirements, statutory filings), and work with our external auditor to helm our annual auditing of financial statements.
• Excited to standardise a process? This role is the owner of our Finance and Accounting process. It means you get to review, improve and ensure compliance to our company's QMS standards.
• While your at it, perhaps you can aid in tracking profitability of engagements we take through flagging cost overruns before they even become a problem, and recommend ways to optimize, diversify and grow our resources.
• Tech-savvy? Fully implement the use of our Accounting system (we use QuickBooks), and align it with an easy-to-navigate data storage taxonomy ensuring that all our records and financial documents are digitized and stored properly.

Excited to be part of our growing team? If you are...

• A CPA License holder or working on acquiring your CPA license.
• Perhaps pursuing further certifications like the CFA or CMA (or equivalent)
• With at least five years of solid experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Knows the Philippine tax regulation inside and out (and by heart)
• Identifies as detail-oriented, analytical and communicates well (even to non-finance and accounting people).
• Proactive and hungry to expand your horizons by being bold to do what needs to be done, recommend best practices and making sure they are adopted.
• Sees every opportunity as a learning opportunity, values commitment and anchored on principles
