About the Role:

 

The Assistant Commercial Consultant will support and receive mentorship in the delivery of commercial consultancy services for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Auxiliary trade packages. Key responsibilities include measurement, cost estimation, and contract management works. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of infrastructure and property development projects.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

• Collaborate with senior commercial consultants to analyze costs and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Support in developing project budgets and tracking expenses throughout the construction phase.

• Monitor budgetary allocations, identifying and reporting any deviations.

• Take-off quantities from architectural and engineering drawings to facilitate cost analysis.

• Maintain precise and organized documentation of all project-related costs and measurements.

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.

• Support in reviewing and negotiating contract terms with suppliers, contractors, and clients.

• Contribute to project assessments by conducting regular site visits and inspections to validate progress against established budgets.

• Assist in identifying and assessing variations to the original scope of work.

About the Work:

About our Future Team Member:

 

• Must have an educational background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering • Professional license is preferred but not required

• Willing to learn the estimation and valuation of other engineering trades beyond their current expertise

• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in construction, particularly in roles aligned with quantity surveying competencies. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain focus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent in work execution

• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

About the Role:

 

The Senior Testing & Commissioning (MEPF) Engineer is a project-based role involved in the full construction lifecycle management - from design coordination to construction supervision, quality assurance, compliance, and closeout. The role serves as the key liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all MEPF-related systems meet engineering standards, local codes, and project requirements.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned MEPF scopes for active and upcoming projects.

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine Building Codes, local ordinances, and industry regulations (e.g., PICE, IIEE, PSSE, etc.).

• Manage coordination among architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.

• Provide technical oversight during construction, fit-out, commissioning, and handover phases.

About our Future Team Member:

 

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) in the Philippines.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the relevant discipline is preferred but not required,

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEPF design, construction, and project management.

• PMP certification or similar is a plus but not required.

• Proven experience in data centers, hotels, and/or industrial facilities is strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, Green Building practices, and relevant associations (e.g., PSME, IIEE, UAP).

• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera).

• Experience working with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean preferred but not required.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of project documentation, design development, and contract management.

About the Role:

 

The Junior Project Manager role is primarily responsible for providing support to the delivery of the project on time in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings, must be within time, cost and quality standards expected by the company, the project team, and the client

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Coordinate and manage work packages across multiple active project sites.

• Support the supervision of installation works and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

• Conduct routine QA/QC inspections and participate in resolution of site issues.

• Support and coordinate testing & commissioning activities for all MEPF systems, ensuring they meet design and operational requirements.

• Assist in managing Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for critical environments such as data centers and hotels.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and client-side representatives to ensure alignment of objectives.

• Assist in reviewinbg shop drawings, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with Philippine Building Codes and relevant standards.

• Track project progress and assist in preparing reports, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

• Contribute to design coordination and participate in project meetings as required. Defines overall construction strategies and methodologies in alignment with the key stakeholder for assigned projects to deliver project construction within defined Project Delivery metrics, including but not limited to: Cost, Time, Quality, Safety and Environment.

• Reviews and validates appropriateness of Variation Order (VO) / Time Extension (TE) / Time Suspension (TS) proposed by the Contractor and provides recommendation to the approving body.

• Identifies and documents construction methodologies and best practices.

• Applies project management best practices and methodologies to assigned projects.

• Track the accomplishment of scheduled assignments and priorities, and provide regular status report of the work of those on the project team.

• Assists in field inspections in determining compliance with approved plans, specifications, project programme, cost and established quality control standards.

• Documents meetings and Health & Safety and tracks compliance to H&S of project team and other stakeholders of the project.

  • You will be working closely with our founders and Directors to build budgets, forecast the cash flow and brainstorming ideas to keep our company healthy by making smart financial decisions.
  • You will be our go-to-person for anything and everything finance and accounting. You should be ready with your monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
  • You will be in charge of ensuring our compliance to regulatory requirements (BIR, LGU Business Permit, SEC Requirements, statutory filings), and work with our external auditor to helm our annual auditing of financial statements.
