A Chartered Surveyor with over 16 years experience delivering projects across the UK, Middle East, and Philippines, with values up to USD 1.4bn. Michael previously held Technical and Management positions in two of the leading global construction consultancies. Within Hearn & Hearn he focuses on driving growth and performance excellence.

Director

A Chartered Urban Planner with international experience in real estate and sustainable development, and a proven track record delivering largescale complex projects in the UK, USA, Canada, Asia, and the Philippines. 


Skilled in spatial planning, strategy implementation, policy, engagement and research and analysis to drive sustainable, high-impact outcomes across 
complex urban environments.

Daryl oversees a high-performing team, advances quality frameworks, and guides key project portfolios while promoting digital tools, structured processes, and acollaborative, growth-focused culture through active mentoring and leadership roles

MARTIN SIMANCIK

Head of Project Management

An experienced project and real estate professional with international exposure across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, specializing in industrial, office, and retail developments. Formerly with Tesla, VinFast, and CarNext, he contributed to the expansion of facilities management operations across EMEA and now leads Hearn & Hearn’s Project and Construction Management, overseeing complex projects and driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence.

needed, her efforts have strengthened the organization’s operations and supported its ongoing success.
