Hearn & Hearn Consulting is pleased to announce a series of promotions and role realignments across the organisation, effective April 2026.

These appointments reflect the strength of our people, their contribution to project delivery, and their role in supporting clients across a diverse portfolio of developments.

Daryl Calapre - Associate Director Daryl has been promoted to Associate Director in recognition of his leadership in Commercial Management and his continued contribution to delivering cost certainty and commercial oversight across complex projects.

In this role, he will further strengthen our commercial advisory capabilities, supporting clients in managing cost, risk, and contractual performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Elmer Ong - MEPF Technical Manager Elmer has been promoted to MEPF Technical Manager, strengthening the firm’s technical capabilities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

He will continue to lead technical reviews, coordination, and system performance oversight, supporting improved design integration and operational readiness across projects.

Georgia Sugay - Commercial Consultant Georgia has been promoted to Commercial Consultant, recognising her growing contribution to the Commercial Management team.

She will continue to support project cost planning, procurement, and commercial reporting across a range of developments.

Fiel Estacio - Operations Manager Fiel is now serving as Operations Manager, a position that underscores her vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the business.

She oversees internal coordination, resource management, and operational processes, ensuring teams are effectively supported in delivering projects to a high standard.

Sarah Silvero - Executive Assistant Sarah is taking on a more focused role as Executive Assistant, supporting leadership and maintaining efficient administrative and organisational functions across the business.

Her role remains key in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and executive-level support.
