The award was presented at a ceremony held on 29 October 2026 at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, where the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading professional body for land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure, announced the winners of awards that honour excellence, professionalism, and integrity across the region’s built environment sector. Our team was recognised for its technical excellence, collaboration, integrity, and commitment to delivering commercial management and quantity surveying services to a high professional standard.
This milestone is not the result of any one individual. It comes from years of shared effort, including the leadership and mentorship of those who have guided the team and the contributions of its members, past and present.
