Hearn & Hearn Consulting Joins the 5th QS Summit 2026

Hearn & Hearn Consulting’s Commercial Management team attended the 5th QS Summit, held on 3 October 2026 at Dusit Thani Manila, under the theme “Together for Excellence: Quantity Surveyors Shaping the ASEAN Future.” The event brought together around 400 in-person delegates and 250 online participants from overseas to discuss the evolving role of Quantity Surveyors.

Two key themes stood out: digital transformation and professional accountability. As technology continues to reshape quantity surveying, continuous learning and sound professional judgement remain essential to making informed project decisions. Meanwhile, greater transparency and accountability are vital to strengthening trust across the construction industry, with emerging technologies such as blockchain offering potential opportunities to support more transparent processes.

These discussions reinforce the importance of adapting to industry developments while maintaining the professional standards needed to deliver value to clients.
