What we do?

Project & Programme Management 

  • Working with the team define project objectives and deliverables from the various stakeholders.

  • Lead the project from inception, with oversight on planning, delivery management, resource management, scope management and compliance with Health & Safety requirements

  • Ensure the project team and project delivery remain focused on the required time, cost and quality objectives.

  • Lead all aspects of the project and Project Team to define and deliver the required objectives.

  • Provide updates to Client and/or Client’s Representative.

Service per Construction Stage

 Pre-construction Stage 1 

  • Review the consultancy appointment requirements and methodologies.

  • Generate and maintain the initial Master Programme for the project.

  •  Review procurement route options and work breakdown structure for Consultant’s engagement.

  • Identify risk profile and prepare a Risk Register.

 

Pre-construction Stage 2

  • In the event that any aspect of the project appears likely to fail to achieve the Client's objectives, agree with the Client suitable corrective action and monitor its implementation.

  •  Ascertain any Client mandatory procedures applicable to the project and develop compatible and appropriate working methods and procedures.

  • Periodically update as necessary a Project Directory and Project Execution Plan.

  • Direct the application of the principles of risk management.

  • Oversight on matters related to the compliance with Health and Safety provisions agreed for the project (including staff training) and monitor implementation.

 

Construction 

  • In the event that any aspect of the project appears likely to fail to achieve the Client's objectives, advise the Client of suitable corrective action and monitor its implementation.

  • Ascertain any Client mandatory procedures applicable to the project and develop compatible and appropriate working methods and procedures.

  •  Prepare, distribute and periodically update as necessary a Project Directory and Project Execution Plan.

  • Direct the application of the principles of risk management and produce a Risk Register with actions.

  • Ensure that all matters related to the compliance with health and safety provisions agreed for the project (incl. staff training) are implemented.

  • Ensure Health and Safety Programme/Plan is applied by the Main Contractor and enforced during the duration of the project.
